Dr. Serrano is a 10 of a 10 doctor. Incredibly intelligent and thorough, she helps you understand any skin changes, de-escalates pre-appointment concerns, and is professional, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile!

She is is personable,explains things before she does it, very knowledgeable, and really listens. Happy to have her for one of my doctors.
