I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Serrano. Sometimes, when seeing a specialist, the visit seems rushed; but that wasn't the case with Dr. Serrano. My PCP placed a referral for one concern; however, a new dermatologic problem arose and she did not hesitate in addressing both issues. Both she and her nurse took their time in listening to my concerns and did a wonderful job in explaining everything to me. I would definitely continue to see her and recommend her to others.
