I was so happy with my provider I could cry. I have dealt with acne my entire life and heath care providers consistently wrote the problem off as being a result of my weight or water intake. Dr. Serrano genuinely looked at my skin, considered my symptoms and goals, and offered not one, but THREE treatment options for my skin. Not only did Dr. Serrano provide solutions, but she also explained WHY treatments would work, HOW they'd work, and presented all the information in a way I could understand. I've been so used to providers writing me off as "fat" and "under-hydrated" that having actual answers and solutions to my problem feels incredible. I will be recommending Dr. Serrano for everyone seeking a dermatologist.
Dr Serrano and her Assistant/Nurse were excellent. They saw me before my scheduled time and took excellent care of me. They even knew about one thing that I wanted to talk to her about before I asked her. She was awesome. Now if more doctors could be like her and be ready to see you on time and not make you wait in the lobby and then again in the room they taken you to. That's always the worst when you are taken back and have to wait 25 minutes in the exam room with nothing to do. But she has ne er made me do that and I'm so glad.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Serrano and her staff. They are very personable and so pleasant to deal with. They are also very thorough, good listeners to my concerns, and seem genuinely interested in my health concerns and good prevention. I would highly recommend them. I am not usually fond of doctors' appointments, but can honestly say I look forward to visits with this doctor and her staff.
