Absolutely impressed with this doctor. Was professional yet warm and caring. Have a history of basal cell carcinoma and came in for quarterly check. She spotted a precancerous area and treated it, thus avoiding another surgical removal. This was a first visit as i recently moved here. I feel extremely confident in her examination for cancers.

Dr Serrano was wonderful! She explained everything wonderfully and made me feel very comfortable. Even explained common misconceptions people tend to have about things they may find when examining their skin for changes. Would recommend to anyone!
