Dr Serrano and her assistant were so kind , friendly, funny and very professional! They both made me feel so comfortable before, during and after the procedure! Very impressed how great of a team they were. Also the receptionist was awesome as well however I don't remember her name !

I was expecting more from this provider. I thought on an initial visit to a dermatologist she would have done a more thorough exam. Instead she asked me about my concerns. She seemed like she was rushing through my visit. Also I waited 4 months to see her as she was recommended by my primary Dr. Maybe my expectations are too high.

This was my first time and she was very helpful and kind to listen when I ask her some questions or concerns. Thanks
