Dr. Serrano and staff were very pleasant.

The Dr. was helpful and explained everything, how to be able to prevent this in the future.

The girl that checked me in didn't do something correctly in the computer so I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45 min. I went to the desk and apparently there was a glitch. I arrived around 0850 and my appt was at 0900. I didn't even get to a room until around 0935.

Dr Serrano cares about my concerns, and explains procedures well. I would definitely refer others to her.

Dr Serrano was excellent. She gave me a solution to my issue and that gave me hope.

She is easy to talk to and walked me through all issues. She did not know all history due to this being our first visit.

Answered my questions. Diagnosed a problem. Ordered meds to help with the issue.
