I wish all providers were as caring and helpful as Linda Serrano and her nurse were to me. I felt like they really cared about me as a patient and she took the time to explain the "why" of everything to me which I really appreciate. It didn't at all feel like the average "get you in, get you out" mentality or the normal "I will give you a referral to a specialist..." she took the time and gave me a plan that made me very satisfied.
