I was very comfortable discussing my health issues with the doctor and her assistant and they were very caring and knew the preferred treatment that I needed.

From the receptionist at check in as well as the entire staff throughout my appointment especially Dr. Serrano I experienced respectful, thorough care. I felt heard as a patient and my concerns were addressed! Future treatment was clearly discussed with a willingness to work with me as my healthcare coverage is changing to Medicare soon but also when it is best to avoid any adverse reactions. This was my first visit to this provider. She did an awesome job explaining things about my condition. Being my first visit, she listened to my symptom explanation and treated it while explaining why the treatment was being done the way she did.
