Dr Serrano was very helpful and understanding, she is a keeper for me !

I like Dr. Serrano. She is quite enthusiastic and I hope she never becomes complacent! All of her team members that I've interacted with are also very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Serrano and her RN and PA. All three put me very much at ease and answered my questions. They were awesome.

This was my first visit seeing Dr Serrano. Dr Serrano and everyone I meet that visit were very caring and helpful, made me feel like I had been going there for years. Very happy with Dr Serrano, she was very thorough, also explained everything that anyone can understand. Extremely happy with Dr Serrano and her staff, they are a wonderful health care team!

Dr. Serrano and her staff are very personable and helpful. I enjoy my visits with them and have confidence in them helping me to do my best to heal.

Bit of a backlog (20 minutes or so) but I didn't really care. Otherwise it was fine.
