Waited over 1/2 hour.

This was my first visit to this provider. She did an awesome job explaining things about my condition. Being my first visit, she listened to my symptom explanation and treated it while explaining why the treatment was being done the way she did.

Dr. Serrano is the best and will be my derm from now on.

Dr. Serrano was great. This was an initial visit. She was easy to talk to and already my history when she walked in.

No one knew what was wrong she hit the nail on the head. Two days of antibiotic cream and it stopped leaking and thank goodness she was able to get me in earlier
