I was very comfortable discussing my health issues with the doctor and her assistant and they were very caring and knew the preferred treatment that I needed.

From the receptionist at check in as well as the entire staff throughout my appointment especially Dr. Serrano I experienced respectful, thorough care. I felt heard as a patient and my concerns were addressed! Future treatment was clearly discussed with a willingness to work with me as my healthcare coverage is changing to Medicare soon but also when it is best to avoid any adverse reactions.
