I was made very comfortable with the procedure and how to avoid discomfort later. Won't be afraid to return for next appt. (Reception desks could be labeled better re the directory. Staff did see my confusion and called to me quickly)

Dr. Serrano is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient

I've been going to Dermatologist and Doctor's appointments since I was a younger child and recently had been to a general surgeon, regarding Hidradenitis Suppurativa. My appointment with Dr. Serrano had been the most educational. I appreciate providers telling me methods or tactics for HS but truth be told, I had been trying out new ways to manage HS on my own and nothing providers told me was useful considering me doing them already. However, I spoke with Dr. Serrano and her amazing Medical Assistant. I left with great information, samples of a new product to try, and support! I actually look forward to following up with Dr. Serrano.
