The sign on time was 6:25, for a 6:40 but there was a wait until the dr actually joined the call (another 15 minutes or so). As a result, my phone would time out and I would have to sign back in. I was timed out 3x.
Virtual appointment was very convenient. Often with in person appointments I find providers to be running behind and rushed. Virtual appointment made me feel like the provider had more time
The doctor didn't do anything. I told her why we needed to be seen and she said she couldn't help
She was thorough and helped me with my problems, but use some interesting language. It was a little bit casual on the call. She made mention of quitting her job if her computer wasn't going to work and used some casual profane language.
Made us wait 45minutes. Never showed due to another emergency. Would have been nice to know.
This was my first time using virtual appointments and it worked out great. I was miserable and didn't want or need to come in and the doctor would not have wanted me spreading my germs there anyway. She asked all the necessary questions, listened to me, and provided me with prescriptions to help resolve my cold/flu symptoms. It's working - slowly starting to improve. I'd definitely do this again!
Dr. Sheehan is one of the most caring and empathetic providers I have ever had. She spends the time needed to make sure everything is explained well and makes sure I have covered all of my concerns during my appointment.
De. Sheehan was a wonderful change from my previous care provider. She listened, respected, and talked to me at my level, not dumping it down. She made sure we covered all my concerns and that I was satisfied with the steps we had decided on. Many thanks!
