Although, the video was excellent the AUDIO wasn't I had a very hard time hearing what was being said. I was very tempted to hold my phone up to my ear but, then I wouldn't have been able to see the video. Please work on the audio. Thank you.

Had trouble with connection the first time I checked into my appointment, but was able to reschedule for the next day, and that time connecting was perfect!

It wasn't quite as personable as before in person. However, got the job done Also, would like an office person to come on afterwards to schedule any follow up that is necessary . I spent 45 minutes after the appointment scheduling the needed follow up.

She listened as I explained my symptoms and provided assistance in a courteous fashion.

Dr. Sheehan is a compassionate and caring doctor. Her knowledge is vast and her ability to explain complicated medical issues is the best I have ever encountered. She has helped me immensely.
