The medical care team did a WONDERFUL job during my appointment. The following comments have nothing to do with the medical care team; they are related to the technical/setup process prior to the meeting ONLY: Please consider making the pre-check in process and medical questionnaire something that could be done well in advance of the video meeting, not just immediately before.  It could be required to complete the questionnaire in order to get the meeting link, for example.  It's challenging enough getting all technology software/hardware working properly for a video call without the added steps of doing a lengthy medical questionnaire at the same time! Thank you.
