Not happy about going to virtual appointments
She got me admitted
We waited over an hour to get seen for my daughter's well child visit and her exam did not seem thorough. She got her ears and breathing checked and that was about all.
CNA/techs were very friendly and helpful too!!

Dr Sheehan and staff has been outstanding in helping and guiding me through my recent illness. The whole staff has shown empathy and understanding all the while giving me direction to overcome the obstacles I have been faced with. They give me encouragement and hope.
Dr. Julie, is a very good Dr. She listens to what you say, knows your history along with monitoring what your other Dr's are doing, saying. I have enjoyed having the patient - Dr. Relationship for many years and looking forward to more. I am not real happy about doing virtual appointments. I believe this could hurt the relationships between patients and Dr's. I am of the old style where you meet in the office and have that good face to face contact. You get that warm fuzzy feeling. You can't get that thru the computers.
I waited 40 minutes after my appt time to be called. It was 1 hour after my appt time that I saw the MD. My appt was at 9:10, so earlier in the day Once seen, everything was great.
