The provider was great - nothing bad to say about her. She was very nice and thorough. However I arrived at 11:30 for a 11:40 appointment and was not roomed until 12:40. I had been waiting for 40 minutes before I went back up to the desk and found out I was never marked as arrived / checked in. Even though I had checked in and paid a copay. So that was disappointing. But besides my check in being messed up, everything else went well.

Nurse Jessica Gonzales is always kind and doesn't make me feel like I'm just another number. She actually cares about her patients and their concerns. Highly recommend her for my health concerns & goals.

My PCP is Dr. Patel I had seen this doctor before. I was very pleased to see that she remembered me. I was hospitalized and had to to see my PCP. I was glad she was available to see me.

Jessica Gonzales is great.

Every department I went the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit inwhich I was the patient. I dealt with reception three times, the dr appointment, then lab for blood work and x-ray. I was amazed how smoothly my visit went and I was out of there a little pass an hour! Also when I was at the reception dept. The staff member made all of my future appointments. Very pleased
