I love the service and I love my doctor. I love coming to the clinic. I only problem I have is trying to get through to talk to the doctor over the phone anytime I get a problem. It takes me almost hour to hold on to leave a message I'm older and not so good with computers

Usually I am seen by my primary doctor. This time I asked to be seen sooner than 2 months. I received care from Carol Etzel APNP. She was absolutely wonderful! I wish I could make her my primary doctor. She went through everything very throughly and I felt comfortable asking questions. She took time to go over things with me, but was not exsessive. I didn't feel like she was rushing, which is always the case with my primary doctor and I was still out of the office quickly. Thank Carol!
