Carol Etzel is truly an asset to the Aurora Family. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She also "follows through" which often doesn't happen in the medical field. I would recommend her to others.

By the time I saw Carol I was feeling much better, but she didn't just take my word for it. She wanted to make sure. I liked that she was concerned about my lie blood pressure and she told me how to deal with it.

She was everything I could hope for.
