Carol was very friendly and attentive to me, she took time with me and answered questions and explained what I wasn't sure that I understood. She's very considerate, she made sure I understood and that all my concerns were addressed. It was an honor meeting her. God bless you Carol.

Carol is very thorough and I feel very comfortable seeing and working with her. She goes an extra step to look up information for you and recognizes when things are urgent. She appears to have a wealth of medical knowledge.

This was the first time I'd seen Carol Etzel and was very pleased. What was most noteworthy was her "bed side manner". She shook my hand, she talked directly to me and didn't stare at the computer. She used a piece of paper to make notes. I find too many doctors do just the opposite these days, they look at the computer the whole time and not at me. Zero eye contact. You should have Carol give these doctors lessons on how to interact with a patient.

This was my first time seeing Carol Etzel and she was fantastic. One of the best providers I have ever met with, very kind, helpful, and caring.
