This was the first time I'd seen Carol Etzel and was very pleased. What was most noteworthy was her "bed side manner". She shook my hand, she talked directly to me and didn't stare at the computer. She used a piece of paper to make notes. I find too many doctors do just the opposite these days, they look at the computer the whole time and not at me. Zero eye contact. You should have Carol give these doctors lessons on how to interact with a patient.
This was my first time seeing Carol Etzel and she was fantastic. One of the best providers I have ever met with, very kind, helpful, and caring.

I really enjoyed meeting with Carol Etzel. She was personable yet professional. Carol listened to my concerns, took notes and then determined the best course of action. Carol even followed up with a phone call notifying me of my lab results. The next time my doctor isn't available for an impromptu appointment, I would ask for Carol Etzel.

It is nice that there is always minimal wait time to see a physician at the Good Hope Clinic. The NP and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
