It is nice that there is always minimal wait time to see a physician at the Good Hope Clinic. The NP and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Carol Etzel is truly an asset to the Aurora Family. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She also "follows through" which often doesn't happen in the medical field. I would recommend her to others.

By the time I saw Carol I was feeling much better, but she didn't just take my word for it. She wanted to make sure. I liked that she was concerned about my lie blood pressure and she told me how to deal with it.

She was everything I could hope for.

I love seeing this NP because she knows her job.
