This was my first appointment with Dr. Lai. I felt like I was in a safe space. He reviewed imagery with me, explained what they showed, and outlined next steps in care. I don't have any anxiety about my upcoming procedure.
The service is excellent. I didn't have to wait long to be served. Everything was very organized and clean.
