Dr Lai was very professional, gave excellent information and support for my medical/surgery needs. My surgery was done quickly, minimal pain afterwards and the healing process was speedy. I feel so much better after his treatment and surgery. Follow up was great, he explained the post surgery pathology results and ongoing care. Thank you so much for the care!

I would have liked to be given more information from my care providers on the day of the operation, including a refresher on what to expect during surgery and especially instructions for after care. I requested instructions for after-care related to a lipoma removal but was given very minimal information, and though it is a relatively simple surgery, more information about post op care would have been helpful in my case. The doctor and care team were very good overall but could communicate more proactively.
