Definitely understanding, knowledgeable staff was courteous and kind and very detail with information the doctor himself or first of all his picture doesn't look like him when you meet him lol he looks older in the picture but definitely not lol looking forward to finally having his procedure done to his hands

Dr Lai was really great! He came in to my initial consultation already knowing about my previous surgery, including the specific model of robotic surgery that was used. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly how he would go about the surgery considering my specific risk factors. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing surgery
