For my appointment time I was taken in ahead of time so no waiting. That is so nice when so many people complain about waiting past their appointment time. I have never had that problem with any of my appointments at Aurora. Dr. Jacobsen was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and explained my next steps all in a way that I could understand easy. He answered all my questions and my husband's completely and in a way we understood.

First meeting so a number of your questions were not relevant. Dr. was professional and direct. I would have preferred a little more time for questions and discussion about this type of significant operation especially since it was our first contact.

Pre check in is not beneficial for patients. They are repetitive, a means to receive payment, and outsourced registration staff. Tried to update insurance cards. It worked on my side. I could see the upload of both sides of the new insurance card and updated the pharmacy information. I also deleted or requested a delete of the old insurance information. However, when I went to the appointment the new insurance card information was not seen on their side and I had to have Aurora staff scan in the card.
