It was a really good visit with Dr. Jacobsen. He answered all my questions and provided me with information that I wanted to ease my worries about surgery.

Not sure what this survey is covering. I believe it is my visit yesterday with Dr. Jacobsen a neurosurgeon from St. Luke's. I was happy with my visit with him, but this was my first time visit with himlooking for answers to back pain and hip pain. he seemed very knowledgeable and gave me answers to most of my questions. My next appointment with him was set up as a video appointment however, I would prefer seeing him in person if that's possible.
Was very impressed that I didn't have to wait long to be seen with the medical issue I was dealing with and helped me understand what direction to start moving in

Drove 40 minutes for appointment that I feel could have been a phone call. Testing was negative and just ordered more tests.
Have to wait for all tests to see what course of action for my situation.
