I know he's a specialist, and he's important.....but did seem rather distant

Thorough and professional

Mine was a problem focused visit, hence the "no" to longer term health plan. The staff, from check-in to medical assistant, MD to ALL of his team, were first rate, and compassionate. Efficient and friendly.

Excellent staff and physician

First visit but he explained well and he listened to my concerns but was very honest with me and my concerns.

So far so good, it's my first visit. We'll see how will go .

So glad I found Dr Jacobsen and had the surgery
