He confirmed what I feared, that the MILD procedure on my lower back would not help me. Not a surprise, but was a valuable 2nd opinion.

For my appointment time I was taken in ahead of time so no waiting. That is so nice when so many people complain about waiting past their appointment time. I have never had that problem with any of my appointments at Aurora. Dr. Jacobsen was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and explained my next steps all in a way that I could understand easy. He answered all my questions and my husband's completely and in a way we understood.

Dr. Jacobsen listened to all of my concerns. He examined me, and created a treatment decision. He is outstanding.

First meeting so a number of your questions were not relevant. Dr. was professional and direct. I would have preferred a little more time for questions and discussion about this type of significant operation especially since it was our first contact.

He was extremely thorough
