Dr Jacobsen took his time and explained everything about my condition extremely well
He did both my neck and lower back fusions with excellent results!!
I arrived early because of concern of construction on the roads I had to take, so I arrived an hour early. Within 15 minutes I was seen by the staff. I appreciated Dr Jacobsen seeing me early!
I'm more confused than before!
Pretty good experience with the doctor and his office. Always timely and do respond. They are respectful. Only thing I would say is that I am not sure if office is putting my files I send into the office to add to my record for the surgeon to see. Because some things I bring up he didn't know about like my hematologist stuff I have sent in showing my Leukocytosis and testing over the years and diagnostics I have been through over the years before seeing the surgeon. But great experience thus far, I do at least feel listened to. Which is extremely important to me.

This provider is giving me answers and ways to treat and eliminate my issues unlike the years your pain managent teams just wasted my time spinning my wheels in circles. I would never suggest anyone use pain management.
