Pre check in is not beneficial for patients. They are repetitive, a means to receive payment, and outsourced registration staff. Tried to update insurance cards. It worked on my side. I could see the upload of both sides of the new insurance card and updated the pharmacy information. I also deleted or requested a delete of the old insurance information. However, when I went to the appointment the new insurance card information was not seen on their side and I had to have Aurora staff scan in the card.
