This was my 1st time with a consultant with this doctor. He requested more tests before we move forward with ideas to best help my pain. He was pleasant and seemed genuine with concern for me.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jacobsen; it was a specific referral for a possible treatment. There was no need to discuss healthy living issues.

Dr. Jacobsen was a pleasure to deal with. I felt after speaking with him that I would be in good hands. I am praying I'm correct.

He explained everything to me and what he wanted to do to find out what's going on with me. Very polite and courteous I'm so blessed to have found him.

He was extremely willing to help me. Only i wish someone would have helped me sooner. He listened carefully and notes were stated as exactly what I stated. Only one thing i told him this was from sepsis and for some reason some Drs are still leaving that out of their notes. He was very kind and understanding. The kindness people have been showing came too late.

Pretty intense. Fast Talking. Makes it a bit hard to follow.. But had an Emergency on his mind also. Seemed Extremely knowledgeable about surgical option for me. Signed up for Surgery

Great customer service and caring

Dr. Jacobsen was very factual in his conversation with me. He did answer questions I had about my current condition. Since I was not familiar with the potential surgery he proposed, I do have a scheduled phone call with him to discuss more questions I have and to discuss other options available to me.

I love the fact that when Dr Jacobsen walked in was extremely knowledgeable. He knew my health history . He got straight to the point . Dr Jacobsen addressed my health concerns and showed me the problem areas and what needs to be done. All of my questions were answered with satisfactory.

The office was very hot ? but everything went well.
