Being that this was my first visit for a second opinion with Dr Jacobsen, I was extremely pleased with the care, understanding, knowledge, and time he took with me. He explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions, verifying I understood and was satisfied. I am very happy to have had a chance to see this provider.

You could tell he was rushing, but still laid out a plan that I could understand.

The care giver was a little indecisive. He didn't offer any recommendations at all. Just said there a few options, but nothing more than that. So I'm a little confused about which direction to take.
