Nothing everything was beautiful

Very polite and professional. Listened well before offering an opinion or comment. Thorough. Offered many options and probable underlying conditions. Provided a direct course of action and specifically offered it as my choise. Seems to be a VERY good doctor and is a VERY likable person.

The post visit notes contained a few errors likely due to copy/paste of details from history but also a new mistake or two. Wish I could edit them.

Dr. Jacobsen and his staff excellent and very caring and compassionate!

Dr. Jacobsen actually saw me a few minutes prior to my scheduled time. I have a very complicated issue, and have more questions. Very clean aqnd easy to find my Suite. The road entering is an absolute joke, badly needs resurfacing.

Dr. Jacobsen was professional and courteous to me. He explained what was going on and possible remedies to my problem.
