Dr Jacobsen was most helpful and answered all questions. He is great and personable. It was a most informative visit. We were very pleased as he helped us understand my problems and he gave us advice on how to proceed. Dr Jacobsen is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone in need of spinal problems.

Overall a good experience. It was useful to see all of the MRI pictures and have them explained to me. I was told what choices I had about the issue at hand. MD was knowledgeable about my condition. Felt slightly hurried like he was very busy, but he did take time to answer my questions.

He talked at my level. He made sense to me. Told me the does and don't.
