Dr Jacobsen saw me on short notice. He was professional, knowledgeable and was pleasant to talk to.

He was a good doctor but couldn't help me at this point so he gave me a couple of referrals. I got a call from one PT this morning but I couldn't get to her because she wasn't on the but line and that is the only way I get around. She will get ahold of him to give me a referral at St Luke's for PT. He seemed like a good guy though. I just didn't meet his requirements.

Dr. Jacobsen is a very compassionate person. I met him for the first time. He truly cares about my health. I hope he will continue to be my provider.

Did by phone...so saved the trip and time of going into Office

Tell patients which parking lot to use & which building the provider is in, when the appt is made. A new patient like me, had no idea where to go.

The staff at this practice was referred to me. They made the first contact. I found the entire staff Dr. Jacobsen, his staff, and the imaging department to be courteous and attentive. Though I am facing some issues I am comfortable with this staff.

He's a very personable doctor who didn't talk down to me.

His staff is quite impressive as well!
