First time visit - Dr. Jacobsen did a nice job reviewing my prior history & various test results. Gave good & understandable diagnosis & recommendations. Strong listener & communicator. Appreciated his insights & advice.

Overall a good experience. It was useful to see all of the MRI pictures and have them explained to me. I was told what choices I had about the issue at hand. MD was knowledgeable about my condition. Felt slightly hurried like he was very busy, but he did take time to answer my questions.

He talked at my level. He made sense to me. Told me the does and don't.
