The entire neurosurgery dept was a grade({A) from the start when i was greeting,paper work that i needed to fill out. Nurse call me uo n in the dr roon maybe20 ig that. Dr came in n greeted was fantastic,pull up the mri on my my neck n that. A very thruely pre tested to see what is all wrong. We talked for a while & just set up what needs to sll b done n went n had xrays done n that is and his nurses get things set n everything a short plan n other things that need to b done. A + service!!!

Provider almost seemed confused as to why I was referred back to his office. Like he didn't really want me there. Made me feel kind of uncomfortable. He never examined my back or injury. Just sent me for more tests. I felt like I had to defend my presence in his office and it threw me off. I completely forgot everything I was going to ask. It heightened my anxiety with this injury. I am in severe daily pain but I felt very minimized and defeated by his lack of support and the reaction I received. Almost like I was a waste of time. He wasn't rude. Just kind of nothing like he thought I was faking it or something. I didn't feel "safe" to open up about my daily struggles to just function. I'm hoping my next visit is better. I can't do hardly anything and have started giving up on my faith in many of the doctors.
Was completely impressed with Dr Walter Jacobsen. Two Dr I saw before him did not figure out what was wrong. Wish I went to him first. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge and time to figure things out for me.
