Dr. Heyrman was very professional and provided very helpful information to help me understand what needed to be done for my cataracts. His associate who did the preliminary exam was also very professional and explained the different tests she was doing and what they were for. I am looking forward to having my cataracts taken care of and I feel that I am in good hands with Dr. Heyrman.

Dr Heyrman has been my opthal for years. He's always prompt but can be a little abrupt and is not the the best listener of my care team. Some patients would be put off. I do appreciate the promptness and his expertise.

I appreciate the techs that get you right in. However, every time when the are done, there is a long lapse until the doctor actually comes in. I waited 25 minutes at this appointment for the whole 5 minutes he spent with me.
