Due to the approaching holiday, the staffing could have been better. With Dr. Heyrman on call and taking emergency calls, from other providers, it wasn't much of a surprise that I waited 3/4 hour to see him after the technician was finished. Aurora needs another doctor or two to handle this issue.

Dr. Tom Heyrman is always patient and helpful and listens to my concerns. He was running a bit behind, but stuck his head in the door to say he'd be with me in about 10 minutes, and he was!
