Doctor explains everything very well.
Dr. Heyrman is an eye doctor, I wouldn't expect him to talk to me about my health prevention.
The technician began the examination on time and completed a thorough exam. Dr. Heyrman must have been quite busy because it took him longer than expected for him to get to me. All else went very well.

I like Dr. Heyrman as a doctor BUT, after the tec did my tests, I waited in the exam room for 50 minutes before seeing the doctor. No one came in to check on me, say there was an emergency tell me a time when I would be seen. I was not worked in. I made the appointment 6 months ago.He has to change his scheduling. That was rediculous!!!
Because Dr. Heyrman is the only Ophthalmologist at Aurora Menomonee Falls, the wait time to see him while you're in the office is very long. I sat with my eyes dilated for over a half hour before he was able to get to me. I think Aurora Menomonee Falls Vision Center needs to hire at least one more Ophthalmologist if not two!
The wait between tech & doctor was too long.
Dr. Heyrman and the entire staff are fantastic. I always have resplendent care and treatment.
