Dr Heyrman and his staff was very professional and helpful and answered all of my questions.
I was so absolutely satisfied all the way around. Was so happy that I could be seen the day of my symptoms. Both the nurse and doctor could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate! Never felt rushed, even though I was probably the last patient. It was certainly worth traveling from the east side to Menominee Falls. All around a very comforting experience following a very scary vision incident.

The Doctor is excellent however the person who did the preliminary part had an attitude.

the wait time was too long. I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. The wait in the exam room was also too long. My appointment took 1-1/2 hours.
