Nurse and doctor very thorough and professional
My previous family practice provider had retired and I was looking for a new provider. A family member had suggested this provider to me. I appreciated how she listened, explained things to me, and answered all my questions.
Knowledgeable & helpful front desk staff. Dr. Baseley & her nurse were super friendly, easy to talk to & answered all of my questions. Thank-you!

Prompt and answered all the questions
This provider rescheduled my appointment twice. I understand that things come up and we need to be flexible. I was told the doctor had an appointment later that day so they needed to move my appointment up. The assistant spent more time with me then the doctor,the assistant was very attentive and really listened to my concerns.i truly appreciated that. When the doctor finally came in she talked fast, was very impatient gave me a very brief exam ( checked my heart and lungs) she asked what allergy meds I was in I told her she did not like the ones I was on and said I should try a nasal spray if I want she could prescribe one. I said okay. she turned to leave and I asked if she was going to check my ears as my ear doc said I should have them flushed she gave a quick check and said they were fine. All the while tapping her toes and arms crossed. I asked if she was in a rush she said yes I have to be somewhere else then left. I got the exact same care from the doctors when I went to the walk in clinic like they could not be bothered. It was frustrating. In the past I've gotten good quality care from Aurora but not lately ?
Theresa is my new provider. I am so pleased. I feel like we are on the same page in creating a plan for my health. I look forward to seeing her again although hopefully not too often as I plan to have a healthy year!
