This was a new patient visit. The provider had some information about me from my previous provider. I provided more new info about me and the whole appointment went good. I look forward to getting to know my new nurse practitioner Theresa Baseley.

I am so happy to be a patient of Theresa Baseley. She took her time. I did not feel rushed. My only concern is, if I fill my paperwork out online, why do I have to come 15 minutes before my appointment. That was the only wait time.
