If you ask patients to come 15 minutes early respect their time. I came the 15 minutes early and I wasn't taken back to the room until 2:17pm. (Appt was at 2) Nurse was up front chatting while I was waiting to be taken back. I then had to wait approx another 20 minutes for Theresa to see me.

T. J. is amazing. She takes the time to listen to you and she has a wonderful sense of humor. She's very genuine...meaning she's easy to talk to and just a regular human being.
