First time visit.

Very nice doctor , Dr. Aagaard he listened to everything I wanted to say and answered my questions.

This was my first visit with Dr Aagaard. I was very favorably impressed by his patience, professionalism and knowledge. Happy and confident to see him again.

The medical assistant who "roomed" me was abrupt and rude. That was not a good experience.

Dr.Aagaard is great at explaining and working with my medical history. He is helping me adjust medications and get my POTS diagnosis under control. His MA on the other hand was extremely rude. She did not remove medication that I have not been taking but then insisted on doing a pain scale on me even after I explained to her that my chronic illnesses result in nerve,muscle, and joint pain. I have no chest pain and doing a pain scale was not accurate nor appropriate for this appointment. She also was not understanding that I have episodes of fainting or syncope because of my POTS diagnosis. She also insisted that she needed to know what age my chronic illnesses presented. Not sure what she needs that for. You could tell that she was getting irritated with me even after I tried explaining my situation multiple times. I would recommend Dr.Aagaard and his office to others but will warn them of his medical assistant.

I wish the staff was as friendly and informative as the doctor

Dr. Aagaard is very caring and concerned about me and I appreciate him very much.

Happy I had a handicap sticker to make parking the car easier.

I was lucky to get a parking space. Parking is not adequate. Parkside needs valet.
