Dr. Aagaard is very kind, professional and takes time to listen to a patient

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Aagaard. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

During the night it is very noisy - the nurses do not keep a minimum of silence in the corridors, it is very tiring.

Doctor understood my concerns and was very kind and considerate. Staff was extremely thorough and precise with caring attitude.

Dr. Aagaard is a professional and a gentleman, his staff is friendly and professional.

Poor telephone and communications system when provider requested rescheduling of appointment. On call-back, interminable hold times, staff's seeming inability to move the appointment readily one day - as requested by provider! Also experienced similar issues when attempting to reach Dr. Aagaard's assistant regarding prescription renewals. There seems to be some disconnect between Walgreens and the provider's system in this regard.

I had a lot of questions at this visit, and Dr. Aagaard took the time to answer all of them.
