This was my first office visit to Doctor Aagaard. A follow up after being hospitalized.

Both the Dr. and his team were both friendly and very helpful. Especially when it came to helping me with drug costs

Dr. Aagaard was very patient in understanding that I had great difficulty hearing and explained everything to my wife. He showed us a video about the Watchman which was very helpful and thoroughly explained the procedure. We were favorably impressed for our first visit to this doctor.

Good experience.

My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I was not put into an exam room until 11:30 AM. Furthermore, the doctor did not see me Until 12:10 PM. There was not explanation for the delays. If I were late by 1 1/2 hours, would the provider see me? Doubtful.

Dr. Aagaard is a fantastic physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, he listens with empathy, and he provides his diagnosis and treatment plan in a very accessible and easy to understand way. His care team is excellent as well. I would highly recommend.

I believe there was an issue that resulted in a longer wait to see the doctor.

I'm just confused as on your Live Well app it shows that I cancelled this appointment when I indeed saw Dr. Aagaard.
