Was anxious re: my situation. Came away well pleased Doctor listened, understood my fears, made me feel comfortable and totally confident.

I had the first appointment of the day at 9am. I did not see the Dr until 10:15. That is a problem, and not ok.

The doctor is excellent. The assistant not so much. Ordered me around as if I were a dog. I had to finally tell her to stop it. No way to treat a patient, who is already under enough stress during these visits.

I appreciated Dr. Aagaard's listening skills and his approach in responding to me while I was outside of my usually sane personality with worry, concern and confusion as to how my condition could possibly be so serious.

I was charged a $35 copay at pre appointment registration. When I got to the front desk, they wanted to charge me an additional $35. I provided proof that I paid the $35 copay, and the desk person said she could not correct the error. Yes, this was frustrating, but this happened to me 3 months earlier. Please fix this problem!
