Dr. Sugrue and his staff are excellent. They are understanding, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are very organized. I was given a fantastic package of helpful information. They verbally provided great information, and made sure to answer all my questions.

I felt very safe with Dr. Sugrue. I'm confident my upcoming surgery will be very successful. I feel he understands my problem and can fix it.

Use the physician more for follow ups rather than APN's. The APN at this clinic lacks pain management understanding and does not communicate effectively. Dr. Sugrue is great.

It was difficult to reach this provider. There were a lot of obstacles that prevented me from talking to my provider. The appt was to far out from the acute issue I was having. My PCP was concerned and reached out to this provider to get seen sooner. So I was happy that I was able to be seen.

Met with 4 neurosurgeons re: lumbar fusion surgery and only Dr Sugrue took the time to both understand my pain/symptoms and explain my surgical options.

Doctor was very understanding and explained everything to me taking his time and took his time answering my daughters questions
