I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to see Dr. Sugrue due to him having an emergency but I was seen by his NP who was very nice, and she was very informative.

Dr. Sugrue is one of the best physicians and I appreciate his expertise.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in my understanding of my condition and avenues for maintenance and treatment going forward.

I was referred to your bariatric center and was very excited about getting involved with them! Only to find out that there is a $400 fee that is not payable by insurance. Therefore I was not able to see them. It should have shown in my record that I am a disabled woman with limited income and that would be almost half of my monthly income! I wasn't offered any kind of assistance with that fee, and was on the phone with the representative for 20 minutes of my time, being told how wonderful your services were and what my options were, and taking my information!! Only to find out that I I'm not eligible for their care because I can't afford the fee! This is very unfortunate. And is also a big part of my healthcare plan with Dr Sugrue! It is actually a prerequisite to my surgery that I meet my weight loss goal. But I guess I am on my own with that! I am extremely happy with Dr Sugrue!!! I am however, not very happy with your bariatric center! Thank you and have a wonderful day!
