I was very happy with Dr. Sugrue, he explained things clearly, answered questions and gave me 3 options to try before resorting to surgery. I had seen another spine doctor who just looked at my films and said he could not help me. i left his office thoroughly discouraged. Dr. Sugrue was the opposite, he clearly gave information and treatment options.

This whole office was great. Friendly, timely, and informative. The only thing I would change is the address given on appointments, emails, and MyChart. All it has is the street address, nothing else. My son and I were driving around the hospital for 10 minutes before I finally pulled over and called the office. Dr Sugrue is in an entirely different building, behind the hospital, in a wellness center, on the 2nd floor. NONE of that info was given to us at any time. I'm betting most of your new patients are late for their appointments because of this. We definitely were.
