Dr Merlo is a very nice Dr. She is easy to talk to, but with most offices I feel that they are always so rushed. Like they are only allowed barely 10 minutes with any one patient. I guess that is just the way things are now.

Dr. Merlo and her staff are very responsive and helpful.

I would recommend Dr. Merlo because she's outstanding. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Advent hospital or anybody else there because I had a horrendous experience there with my knee operation that I will never forget

Dr. Merlo is such a good listener & offers suggestions on how to improve my health. She is thorough & knows my medical background very well. She encourages me to ask questions. She is not opposed to sending you to see another specialist if she feels that it is warranted. My husband & I are blessed to have her expertise available to us.

Doctor Merlo goes beyond her means to care for her patients! I love her!

The dr was very pleasant, but seemed very rushed. I didn't really have an opportunity to discuss a couple of issues. This was my first visit to this Dr who is taking me on because my previous dr retired. Perhaps I was expecting too much because this appt was basically a meet and greet. The staff was very nice and quite helpful.

First time visit will definitely keep her as my doctor-very satisfied with whole process!

Although the appt was later than expected, the process went quickly. The waiting room was full, but patients were quickly taken and put into exam rooms.
