They shouldn't book appointments and expect you to arrive 15 minutes before appointment and then have to wait 2 hours later to be seen! My appointment was at 3:30 and they ask you to get there by 3:05 then tell you appointment will take up to 2 1/4 hours before you can be seen! That's ridiculous.

This provider asked what the issue was, then listen, and compared my previous X-ray with the one taken on the day of service.

I was told to be at the appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was there at 8:15. My appointment was not completed until probably an hour and a half later which is really too long for preop visit.
