The check in process is very frustrating and too long. I was asked to come to my appointment 15 minutes early and it took the agent 20 to check me in.
That day he was very kind and patient.

Wait time for being called back was good. In the exam room wait was 15 min or less. Went to lab and only waited 5 minutes. That was very nice.
I would appreciate if my time was valued. I don't appreciate them asking me to arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early only to find out that the doctor is running 1-1/2 hours behind. Schedule appointments accordingly. Also, EVERYONE entering the facility should be asked to wear a mask with Covid, flu, Norovirus and pneumonia running rapid. People were coughing and complaining of different symptoms. I felt totally uncomfortable while waiting. Once inside the examination room everything was timely. The staff at the front desk and the doctor assistants were remarkable. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Just work on the patient scheduling.
