After waiting 1 & 1/2 hours for the Doctor, I was nit pleased with Dr. Singh. He showed no concern for us-just what he read in the file prior to entering the room. He actually assumed we were there regarding a condition that was present over 5 years prior to that day. I couldn't believe my ears!!!

I sent Dr Singh a message on LiveWell Ap that I tested positive for covid and asked did I need to do anything else as far as getting treatment. The office called the next morning telling me to come to office, doctor said he would need me to come in. When I was called to the back the nurse who took me to the exam room made the statement "why are you here"? I had Covid and was called at home to cancel my virtual appointment and was told the doctor needed to see me in person . The nurse then stated "the doctor asked why are you here too, you have Covid, why are you here"? This nurse her statement, attitude and comments were not appropriate. Please let these people know to keep their personal thoughts and opinions to themselves, they are not needed wanted or appreciated especially when someone is ill. It's not their job to judge anyone based on limited information she had. I was told to come in, and hope the doctor did not participate with the nurse in expressing this attitude.
